Track candidate progress visually and manage hiring workflows with ease using Skima’s new Kanban view.
From quick stage transitions to assigning recruiters and scheduling interviews — everything’s now a drag-and-drop away.
Access Kanban View
- Navigate to Jobs from the left sidebar.
- Click on any job (e.g., “ML Developer”) to open its candidate workflow.
- You’ll now see all linked candidates for that job in a Kanban board, organized by recruitment stages you set:
(eg: Applied Hiring, Manager Review, Assessment, Screening, Interview)
Move Candidates Between Stages
Easily update a candidate’s stage in two ways:
- Drag and Drop

Collaborate with Your Team
Assign specific team members to manage hiring for a role:
- Click on “Assign Recruiter” at the top right of the job view.
- You can assign the particular job to be handled by multiple users of your team:
- Primary Recruiter
- Secondary Recruiter
- Hiring Manager
