Track candidate progress visually and manage hiring workflows with ease using Skima’s new Kanban view.
From quick stage transitions to assigning recruiters and scheduling interviews — everything’s now a drag-and-drop away.


Access Kanban View

  1. Navigate to Jobs from the left sidebar.
  2. Click on any job (e.g., “ML Developer”) to open its candidate workflow.

  3. You’ll now see all linked candidates for that job in a Kanban board, organized by recruitment stages you set:
    (eg: Applied Hiring, Manager Review, Assessment, Screening, Interview)



Move Candidates Between Stages

Easily update a candidate’s stage in two ways:

  • Drag and Drop
    Move candidates between stages with one motion.

Status updates instantly. No refresh needed.

  • Quick Actions Menu (⋮)
    • View full candidate profile
    • Add notes
    • Schedule interviews (after email is connected)

Collaborate with Your Team

Assign specific team members to manage hiring for a role:

  • Click on “Assign Recruiter” at the top right of the job view.

  • You can assign the particular job to be handled by multiple users of your team:
    • Primary Recruiter
    • Secondary Recruiter
    • Hiring Manager

Want to tweak your hiring pipeline?

  • Go to the top right corner of the job view.
  • Click “Options” → choose:
    • Update Job Statuses
    • Update Job Workflow
