Select the Job Post to Promote​

Before promoting a job, you must confirm that it is published and ready for distribution.

  1. Click on “Jobs” in the navigation bar.
  2. Find the job you want to promote.
  3. Click on the job title to open its details.
  4. Ensure the job status shows “Published”

If your job is not yet published, follow the Publishing a Job Guide before proceeding with promotions.

Access the Promotion Options​

This step allows you to explore various promotional channels available within Skima AI.

  1. On the Published Job Details page, click “Promote Job Post”.
  2. A list of suggested promotion channels will appear. Suggested channels are ranked based on job category, industry trends, and target audience insights.

Choose the Promotion Channels​

Selecting the right promotion channels helps you maximize job visibility and target the right audience.

  1. Browse the suggested channels based on relevance.

  2. Click “All Channels” to explore additional options.
  3. Use the search bar to find a specific promotion channel.
  4. Click the “+” button next to the channel you want to use.

  5. The selected channel will be added to your cart. Use multiple channels to ensure broader coverage across different job boards and social platforms.

Checkout and Pay for Promotion​

This final step ensures that your job post is successfully promoted and reaches a larger audience.

  1. Review the selected promotion channels in your cart.
  2. Click “Checkout” to proceed to payment.
  3. Complete the payment process to activate job promotions.
