ATS Integration

Recruiting teams today rely on Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage job applications, track candidates, and streamline hiring processes. However, these ATS platforms often lack AI-powered automation, deep insights, and intelligent candidate matching.

Our platform supports 150+ ATS, CRM, and recruitment tools. If your ATS isn’t listed, simply submit a request, and we’ll add it for you!

  1. Log into SKIMA AI and navigate to the left-side menu.
  2. Click on “Integrations” to open the Integrations Dashboard.

  3. Here, you’ll see a list of ATS platforms and other recruitment tools available for integration.
  4. If you don’t see your preferred ATS, scroll down to the "Request an Integration" section and submit a request!

Find & Select Your Preferred ATS​

  1. Use the search bar at the top to find your ATS quickly.
  2. Alternatively, browse through categories like:
    • Popular ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, etc.)
    • CRM & Recruiting Tools
    • HR & Payroll Systems
  3. Once you find your ATS, click on it to proceed.
  • Finding your ATS ensures a smooth integration process with no compatibility issues.
  • If your ATS isn’t listed, you can request custom integration.

Add Your ATS Integration​

  1. Click on the “+ Add” button next to your chosen ATS.

  2. A pop-up window will appear, showing the permissions SKIMA needs (e.g., candidate data, job listings, applications).
  3. Review the data access details and click "Proceed" to confirm.

  • SKIMA needs the right permissions to pull relevant candidate/job data from your ATS.
  • You remain in full control over what SKIMA can access.

Enter Your ATS Credentials​

  1. Enter your ATS login credentials (username & password) OR provide an API Key (depending on your ATS).
  2. Some ATS platforms may require OAuth authentication. If so, click on “Authorize” to allow access.
  3. Once credentials are entered, click "Verify & Submit" to confirm the integration.

  • Secure authentication ensures SKIMA can safely access your ATS data without manual data entry.
  • API-based integration enables real-time data sync between your ATS and SKIMA.

Manage Candidates & Take Action​

Now that your ATS is fully integrated, you can:

  1. View AI-Scored Candidates:
    Navigate to “Jobs” and click on a job title.
    Click on “See Candidates” to view a ranked list of applicants.

  2. See AI Matching Score:
    Each candidate receives an AI Score indicating how well they match the job.
    Click on the score to view a detailed relevancy breakdown (Pros & Cons).

  3. Take Candidate Actions:
    Move candidates through the hiring pipeline (e.g., shortlist, reject, interview).
    Send direct campaign messages or interview invites from SKIMA.
    AI-based candidate ranking speeds up hiring decisions.
    You can manage your hiring workflow without switching between ATS platforms.
