Skima AI offers Reverse Search to streamline your recruitment process. Find relevant job opportunities for a specific candidate using AI-powered job matching. This helps recruiters quickly match candidates to the right jobs and ensures no candidate is overlooked for an open position. AI-powered job matching improves accuracy and efficiency.

Step 1: Navigate to "Candidates"​

Before finding relevant jobs, you need to access the candidate list.


  1. Click “Candidates” on the navigation bar from the dashboard homepage.
  2. Browse through the list of candidates. Use filters to narrow down your search before performing Reverse Search.

Step 2: Perform Reverse Search​

This step lets you view job matches for a specific candidate using AI ranking.

  1. Hover over or click on Actions for the desired candidate.
  2. Select “Show Relevant Jobs” to see AI-matched roles. AI Matching Score helps prioritise the best-fit roles for the candidate.

Once you have the matched jobs, you can link the candidate to a suitable role.


  1. Review AI job matches for the candidate.
  2. Click on the job title that fits best.
  3. Click “Link to Job” at the bottom right of the page.

Success! The candidate is now linked to a relevant job. Linking candidates directly to jobs improves hiring pipeline visibility.
