Lever Integration

Skima AI helps recruitment teams automate workflows, prioritize candidates using AI scoring, and streamline hiring operations. With the Skima AI integration for Lever, you can seamlessly sync candidates, jobs, applications, and notes from Lever into Skima AI, automate repetitive tasks, and manage pipelines more effectively — all from one place.

Using the Skima AI Integration

Once your Lever account is connected, Skima AI begins ingesting candidates, jobs, applications, and notes. This enables Skima’s AI to evaluate candidate-job fit, enrich profiles, and support end-to-end workflow automation.

This section explains how Lever data interacts with Skima’s workflow engine.

Opportunity stage change

Skima AI retrieves updated opportunity stages during scheduled sync cycles (every 6, 12, or 24 hours, depending on your configuration).

This ensures that your pipeline, candidate details, and opportunity updates remain aligned with Lever, without requiring manual refresh.

During each sync, Skima AI:

  • Updates opportunity stages pulled from Lever
  • Refreshes candidate and job data
  • Syncs notes, attachments, and applications
  • Updates AI scores and based on newly synced information

This keeps your Skima AI workspace up to date with the latest Lever activity while following your chosen sync schedule.

Data Sources

Skima AI uses synced Lever objects as data sources when running workflows, analyzing candidates, and updating the hiring pipeline.

Candidates & Applications

Candidate and application data is used for AI scoring, pipeline insights, and assessments.

Skima AI can also push updates back to Lever, such as tags or notes added during the AI matching process.

Jobs (Postings)

Lever jobs and job postings are imported to Skima and pushed back to Lever to support candidates–job matching and analytics.

Notes

Additionally, Skima AI

sends notes (AI matching analysis) back into Lever, ensuring that actions taken within Skima are reflected in Lever’s activity timeline.
